Demonstration of Kankel products with Calidulce

Our friends at Calidulce invited us to give a demonstration of Kankel Cacao chocolates for their commercials at the Latelier School of avant-garde patisserie and tasting in Barcelona.

We spent a couple of memorable days with Eric Ortuño and had the pleasure of taking his book: “Break!” with more than 60 sweet recipes about tea pastries, petit fours and biscuits, signed by himself.
